Role Description

As an Automatisierungstechniker / Servicetechniker (m/w/d) Schwerpunkt Bildverarbeitungslösungen und Robotik, you will:

• Provide service and technical support for our installed image processing and robotic vision systems at customer sites in Southern Germany | Greater Munich/Regensburg/Ingolstadt or Stuttgart/Sindelfingen.
• Be responsible for the professional, timely, and cost-optimized execution of service projects – from planning and implementation to complete documentation.
• Act as a competent contact person, advising customers on all technical service and project matters.
• Support our sales team by providing your expertise in technical service matters.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new image processing systems or independently take on exciting special projects as needed.
• Conduct user training sessions, providing practical guidance on the use of our systems.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed a technical degree or technician training in automation technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field.
• Ideally, have initial professional experience as a service technician (m/w/d) in an industrial company.
• Possess a strong technical understanding and knowledge in automation and handling technology.
• Demonstrate a confident and customer-oriented demeanor, strong communication skills, as well as organizational and negotiation skills.
• Exhibit a self-reliant, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Have good English language skills, both spoken and written.
• Show a high willingness to travel and enjoy direct customer contact.
