[Hiring] Assistant Damper Engineer @PTSG Fire Safety Solutions

Role Description

We’re looking for a Fire Damper Engineer to join our growing team at Indepth Hygiene Services, a PTSG company specialising in fire damper inspections and commercial deep cleaning services.

• Carry out planned annual fire damper inspections across the South West.
• Ensure vital life safety systems are in top working order.
• Use our digital system “Boris” to record findings, capturing evidence and reports on site.
• Inspect up to 40 dampers daily, with bonuses of £5 per damper above your daily target.

Qualifications

• Experience in fire damper inspection, ventilation or HVAC work preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS.
• A practical, can-do attitude and good physical fitness.

Requirements

• Excellent earning potential – realistic OTE of £40k+ (bonus + overtime).
• Regular overtime at 1.5x pay (weekends available for those who want them).
• Company vehicle & fuel card.
• Work as part of a two-person team – no lone working.
