[Hiring] Workplace Learning Facilitator @LifeWorks

Role Description

TELUS Health is empowering every person to live their healthiest life. As a seminar and workshop facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering in-person and virtual training sessions to TELUS Health corporate clients. You will also actively manage the learning environment and share your subject matter expertise and experience with client participants.

• Topics include change management, stress management, resiliency, respect, professionalism, and difficult behaviors (material is already prepared).
• Seminars: One hour awareness building sessions.
• Workshops: Half- and full-day interactive, skill-building sessions most often focused on changing workplace behavior.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in adult education, psychology, industrial relations, organizational behavior, or human resource management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in delivering instructor-led training in an applied workplace setting.
• Practical experience delivering skill-based training to adult learners in a variety of workplace settings.
• Superior communication, presentation, and group facilitation skills.
• Ability to adapt instructional materials and strategies to accommodate individual and group differences, including special needs.
• Experience facilitating employer-focused education on leadership development, mental health, financial wellbeing, and/or diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Proven experience as a contractor facilitator delivering these topics globally.
• Able to travel within and surrounding San Francisco Bay area.
