Role Description

This role involves providing virtual tutoring support to child and adolescent school-age patients receiving treatment in behavioral health facilities.

• Work remotely to assist with academic support in K-12 core subjects
• Focus on high school math and science for many students
• Provide 1:1 and small group tutoring sessions
• Guide students through educational material to ensure academic success
• Fluctuating hours based on demand (peak season November-early June)
• Compensated for both tutoring sessions and set administrative time each day
• Consistent availability required within the hours of 8am-8pm EST
• 100% remote position requiring a reliable internet connection

Qualifications

• B.A/B.S. degree from an accredited institution
• State teaching license
• Comfortable working with K-12 students
• Strong organizational skills
• Understanding of subject matter relevant to student needs
• Reliable internet connection
