Role Description

We're looking for a marketer who builds — someone who uses AI tools to turn marketing ideas into real, working outputs. This is a part-time teaching role within Kraftshala's Vibe Coding module, where you'll train students to use AI tools like Claude, Loveable, and Cursor to build marketing assets such as landing pages, widgets, and automations.

This is not an execution role. Your job is to teach students how to think like marketers first, and use AI-assisted building as a tool to bring those ideas to life.

What you'll spend your time on

• Delivering live online sessions on using AI tools for marketing builds — landing pages, lead magnets, widgets, and automations.
• Demonstrating real workflows using tools such as Claude, Cursor, and similar AI-assisted building tools.
• Teaching students how to translate a marketing objective into a working build, without losing sight of the underlying marketing strategy.
• Sharing real examples and case studies from your own AI-assisted marketing builds.
• Reviewing student projects and providing feedback on both build quality and marketing thinking.
• Conducting doubt-solving sessions and mentoring students.
• Collaborating with Kraftshala's academic team to keep content current with fast-changing AI tools.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience building marketing assets — websites, landing pages, widgets, automations — using AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar.
• Strong product thinking — able to go from a marketing problem to a working build.
• Background in product marketing or a related marketing function.
• Genuine interest in AI and staying current with new tools.
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable simplifying technical concepts for non-technical marketers.
• Comfortable conducting live online sessions.
• A teaching instinct — enjoys explaining and sharing knowledge, not just building.

Good to Have

• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience.
• Public content or thought leadership on AI + marketing.
• Experience across multiple AI tools/stacks for marketing builds.
