Qualifications

• Master's degree in Digital Transformation and Innovation (DTI) or related discipline with a thesis in User Experience (UX).
• Priority will be given to applicants who have a PhD in Psychology, Digital Transformation and Innovation, or related discipline.
• At least three years of industry experience demonstrating mastery of current practice and theory in all aspects of user research, UX design, and UX evaluation.
• Expert knowledge of behavior theories and common user research methods (including tools and techniques for research, evaluation, and testing).
• Knowledge of human-computer interaction theories, as well as UX frameworks and UX design, evaluation, and management practices.
• Significant experience managing and mentoring multi-disciplinary UX projects involving individuals with diverse backgrounds (technology, psychology, creative arts, management).

• Acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
