[Hiring] Training Specialist @IMPaCT Care

Role Description

As a Training Specialist at IMPaCT Care, you will:

• Deliver virtual trainings to Community Health Workers from organizations across the country.
• Deliver virtual trainings to program leaders and stakeholders.
• Travel to different organizations to provide on-site support with program launches and ongoing training.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess fidelity to the evidence-based IMPaCT model.
• Develop stories that demonstrate the impact of Community Health Workers (CHWs).
• Facilitate engaging custom workshops and provide troubleshooting to partner organizations.
• Deliver training using existing curricula that supports an evidence-based intervention.
• Direct training logistics, including registration management and scheduling.
• Provide administrative support for certification approval applications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior training and facilitation experience in various modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot in the moment and think on your feet.
• Understanding of community health, social medicine, and adult learning theory.
• Passion for training and professional development.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to work on-site at partner locations across the nation.
• Experience utilizing a learning management system.

Requirements

• Bilingual.
• Ability to teach a wide range of audiences from Community Health Workers to senior healthcare executives.
• Ability to engage closely with trainees to ensure implementation of learned concepts.
