Role Description
This position serves as a member of the Statewide Payroll Training team and provides a wide variety of training, development, and consultative services to state agencies, state employees, and other audiences in relation to payroll and human resources for the State of Alaska.
Qualifications

Knowledge of compensation concepts, principles, and practices, including pay and leave administration and compensation flexibilities.

Knowledge of teaching, training, research, making presentations, lecturing, testing, and other instructional methods.
