[Hiring] Training Associate @Northbrook

Role Description

Join us as a Training Associate (Freelance). Are you an experienced and passionate social care professional with a proven ability to train and inspire others? Northbrook provides training and consultancy services primarily to people within the Care sector, the community and anyone else looking to make a difference.

We’re looking for Training Associates to deliver engaging and impactful training to care professionals across the UK.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years working within social care.
• A minimum of 2 years in a leadership position within the social care sector.
• At least 2 years of experience delivering training to others.
• A Level 3 Award in Education & Training (formerly PTTLS) or higher.
• Medium to high-level proficiency in IT and a willingness to learn new systems.
• An ability to travel around the country to deliver training.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in implementing and embedding digital systems within organisations (care planning software).
• Assessors award / qualification.
• Level 5 Health & Social Care Qualification.

Benefits

• With support from our team, we will support you in learning new skills and developing existing ones to improve your training ability.
• While delivering training for us, we will pay a daily rate starting at £200 for a whole day's training.
• Milage will be paid at .45p per mile.
