Role Description
ProTrain is seeking a dependable, motivated, and people-focused Training Assessment Manager (TAM) with a passion for education and a strong interest in sales. This is an entry-level sales role designed for individuals who are eager to guide others on their path from Education to Employment. Although the title includes βmanager,β this is not a management role β rather, it focuses on assessing student needs and managing sales processes related to training and education.
As a TAM, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, helping them identify the training programs that best match their career goals. Youβll play a vital role in advising students on educational pathways, assisting with enrollment and financing options, integrated with partner relationships and providing excellent customer service throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities

Understand all training program offerings and their modalities: Online, Live Online Synchronous, In-Classroom, and Live Mentored.

Guide students through career assessments to match them with appropriate programs.

Advise students on financial assistance options based on their unique situations and school affiliations.

Build a strong understanding of the certificates and credentials offered across programs.

Manage prospect databases by conducting follow-ups, updating statuses, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Assist students with class registration, payment plans, internship options, lab/test requirements, and onboarding processes.

Offer proactive support and make recommendations to enhance the student experience.

Monitor and identify student trends that could lead to corporate training opportunities.

Collaborate on regional marketing ideas and recruitment campaigns.

Occasionally represent ProTrain at events, virtual seminars, and trade shows.

Create and assist in marketing efforts to include; social media, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Canva, and other marketing resources and campaigns.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals as assigned.
Qualifications

Strong communication and active listening skills.

Customer-service mindset with a nurturing approach.

Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

CRM experience with SalesForce required and others preferred (e.g., Hubspot).

Marketing experience preferred (Canva knowledge).

Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
