Role Description
The Customer Experience Training and Enablement Specialist owns the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Centuryโs Customer Experience training program for both onshore and BPO representative populations. This role is accountable for building scalable training infrastructure, strengthening agent readiness, and ensuring training content, tools, and performance measures directly support service level achievement, quality outcomes, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) goals.

The ideal candidate brings energy, virtual presence, and the ability to build genuine connections across both audiences โ treating every learner as a full member of the Century team. This is a high-visibility role. The trainerโs fingerprints are on every representative who enters CXE production, and their effectiveness is measured in the performance, confidence, and retention of each graduating class.
