Role Description

The primary purpose of this role is to design, build, and manage digital experiences to allow customers to utilize the full value of MCP products, services, and solutions. This position will focus on meaningful ways to deepen the knowledge of MCP, while reinforcing the values and directly contributing to ROI of MCP offerings.

• The Training and Development Specialist provides support for the design, development, and maintenance of training.
• Serves a primary role in the support of content and training systems.
• Understands the end-user and designs training accordingly with adult learning principles in mind.
• Performs interface testing to ensure content integrity and flow when applicable.
• Maintains awareness of overall enterprise architecture (i.e. security, privacy, architecture, and data assurance).
