Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Training and Development Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing volunteer skills and fostering a culture of continuous learning within Momentum.

• Design, implement, and evaluate training programmes that meet the needs of the party and its volunteers.
• Collaborate with the Committee to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and venue arrangements.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
