[Hiring] Training Administrator @V2X Current Openings

Role Description

Training Administrator will support a variety of LMS related tasks including:

• Overseeing administrative activities for client in SuccessFactors;
• Creating items, classes, alternate job classifications, curricula;
• Making assignments, retiring items, processing item credit;
• Supporting LMS clean up projects;
• Supporting client with questions about LMS;
• Helping manage group inbox;
• Participating in process improvement initiatives;
• Assisting with development and maintenance of departmental job aids;
• Attending and participating in team meetings;
• Providing reporting and analysis on standard operating procedures and other training related efforts.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized while working in multiple systems
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work assignments in order to meet all project deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years SuccessFactors LMS experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service type role

Required Education

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s degree preferred
