Qualifications

Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N1/N2 certified with the ability to deliver training and coaching in Japanese

At least 5 years of training, coaching, or learning & development experience in Customer Support, Contact Center, BPO, Customer Experience, or related environments

Experience designing and delivering training through LMS, e-learning, and digital learning platforms

Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills in virtual settings

Knowledge of self-paced, blended, and modular learning methodologies

Ability to simplify complex processes and concepts into engaging learning experiences

Familiarity with QA processes, CSAT, KPIs, performance evaluations, and operational metrics

Experience working with enterprise stakeholders and service-focused teams
-
Comfortable collaborating with global, cross-functional, and remote teams across different time zones

Strong coaching and performance development skills with a focus on learner engagement and retention
Requirements

Facilitate live virtual training sessions, webinars, and interactive learning activities

Develop and update engaging training materials using existing resources and tools

Deliver onboarding programs for chat and voice support teams

Assess learner readiness through quizzes, roleplays, skills checks, and evaluations

Utilize LMS and training platforms to support effective learning delivery

Provide post-training and early production support to improve confidence, quality, and performance readiness

Support continuous learning initiatives that drive service quality and operational excellence
