Role Description

This is more than just a training role; it is your chance to restore and redefine core delivery capacity within a rapidly growing customer implementation lifecycle. As a Trainer - Education Consultant, you will solve critical adoption challenges by bridging the gap between project implementation and independent customer success, ensuring our users don't just observe workflows but master them.

You’ll join a team where you have genuine creative autonomy to design content, high visibility across complex SaaS platforms, and the agency to raise the quality bar for how we empower our global customer base.

What You'll Do

• Step into a meaningfully updated delivery model that anchors training directly to active implementation milestones, from kickoff through hypercare.
• Transition away from building content in isolation to working inside active customer projects.
• Drive measurable impact by owning a recurring cadence of customer training.
• Develop hands-on, scenario-based programs that reflect actual customer workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Delivery and Customer Success teams to identify training gaps and propose proactive solutions.
• Listen to customer needs and translate them into effective learning experiences.

The Skills You'll Have

Training Delivery & Facilitation

• Deliver live Instructor Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) using hands-on, scenario-based exercises.
• Support participants through live exercises and ambiguous situations.
• Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions that equip customer-side trainers.
• Apply adult learning principles and a learner-centered mindset.
• Bring intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous growth.

Instructional Content Development

• Collaborate with SMEs to extract complex workflows and transform them into practical learning activities.
• Develop training content in multiple languages and build repeatable facilitation guides.
• Consult on learning context and audience, designing materials for live and self-paced formats.
• Solicit feedback from learners and stakeholders post-delivery.
• Track content performance and learner outcomes.

Technical Aptitude & SaaS Platform Fluency

• Navigate and demonstrate SaaS platforms confidently in live environments.
• Apply a strong understanding of Salesforce-based platforms to answer configuration-level questions.
• Utilize an LMS to deploy, organize, and track learner progress.
• Operate effectively within structured implementation methodologies.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Adjust communication depth and tone for different audiences.
• Manage a pipeline of concurrent training engagements independently.
• Recognize the boundaries of education scope and advocate clearly.
• Demonstrate professional bilingual proficiency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish.

Within 90 Days, You'll:

• Complete Sitetracker Project Management Admin Certification and shadow core implementation training sessions.
• Deliver supported end-user training sessions alongside a senior team member.
• Establish working relationships with the Solution Delivery and Customer Success teams.
• Demonstrate consistent follow-through on all administrative responsibilities.

Within 180 Days, You'll:

• Own and independently deliver a full end-user training engagement.
• Manage a full pipeline of concurrent customer training engagements independently.
• Design or significantly update at least one training module in collaboration with a SME.
• Begin cross-training on Admin certification course content.

Within 365 Days, You'll:

• Attain Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator.
• Deliver at least one train-the-trainer session.
• Identify a gap in the current training catalog or delivery model and propose a solution.
• Operate as a fully independent contributor across a full project portfolio.
