Role Description
The primary duty of the Order Operations Trainer is the production and management of the Order Operations training; training materials, including monitoring and updating all training material, training the seasonal staff for the upcoming season, new employees coming into our support and ensuring our materials stay up to date throughout the year.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Design, maintain update trainer book

Design, maintain update training materials, training region, assessments, etc.

Design, maintain update procedures impacting the Order Operations Team

Provide information to admin and tech teams regarding incoming seasonal trainees

Providing individual feedback to associates in training

Documenting feedback per corporate procedures
-
Training advanced skills on the floor after associates graduate from training
-
Continuing education & feedback for existing core staff
-
Assist with maintenance projects

Order Review

Responsible for answering questions that associates may have

Ability to give clear instructions in a step-by-step manner

Ability to utilize all resources to find answers

Ability to patiently coach associates where to go to find answers

Ability to answer questions, often the same ones repeatedly, in a cheerful and friendly manner
-
Perform βAsk Meβ duties in production, answer procedural questions of associates

Detail oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy
-
Must be able to work 40 hours per week along with overtime as needed

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Ability to attend and successfully complete Leadership Training

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Compensation
The expected hourly rate for this position is $16.75. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
