Role Description

This is a remote opportunity. This dual-role position is responsible for supporting Behavioral Health coding quality and training.

• Evaluates program needs and current practices.
• Creates and delivers training development plans, materials, tutorials, instructions, online modules, and guides.
• Performs quality audits to support coding accuracy and compliance.
• Provides timely coaching and feedback to improve team performance.

The ideal candidate is a confident public speaker and dedicated educator with a strong background in Behavioral Health coding, training, and quality assurance, and remains current on the latest tools and resources needed to improve employee training and performance.

• Strong background in Behavioral Health coding.
• Experience in training and quality assurance.
• Confident public speaker.

Requirements

• Salary Range: $60,100 - $80,000.
• Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based).
• Up to 10% annual travel (for team meetings and limited client onsite engagements).
