[Hiring] Temporary Core Faculty for Life Skills @Lesley University

Role Description

Lesley University is seeking a Temporary Core Faculty for Life Skills to join our Threshold Programs. The Temporary Core Faculty member will be responsible for delivering life skills-focused courses to our students in a small instructor-to-student ratio. Classes include, but may not be limited to:

• Community Navigation
• Organization and Study Skills
• Disability Community and Activism
• Understanding Learning Strengths and Challenges
• Medical World
• Apartment Living

The successful candidate will have experience working with neurodiverse individuals, be able to differentiate instruction within the classroom, and be flexible.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Vocational Rehabilitation, or a related field (required).
• Master’s degree (preferred).
• Demonstrated successful experience working with children or adults with disabilities.
• Ability to develop and administer curriculum to students with diverse learning challenges.
• Demonstrated success using digital technology to achieve program goals.
