Role Description
The Technical Training Lead will lead the creation and delivery of high-impact, technician-focused training programs. This role is critical in shaping how servicers across the country learn, grow, and stay up to date on appliance repair techniques. Responsibilities include:

Designing and developing appliance repair training content aligned with real-world technician needs.

Conducting hands-on, in-person training at mSupply branches and partner sites across the U.S. and Canada.

Creating digital training assets, including instructional videos, repair guides, and documentation.

Collaborating with internal teams to source accurate and current technical resources.

Providing expert troubleshooting support to MSA members and virtual learners.

Supporting the management and improvement of the virtual training platform for clarity, engagement, and accessibility.

Representing MSA's training mission in the field, building trust with technicians and service organizations.

Evaluating training effectiveness and incorporating feedback to continuously improve content and delivery.

Traveling and participating in training sessions as needed.

Performing additional duties as assigned, with flexibility to adapt to evolving organizational needs and responsibilities.
Qualifications

Over 5 years of experience in appliance repair, technical support, or training.

Strong instructional skills with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.

Hands-on experience with a wide range of appliance brands and models.

Skilled in creating engaging technical content using PowerPoint and related tools.

Highly organized with strong time management abilities.

Willing and able to travel extensively throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Holds a valid driverβs license and can lift and move heavy equipment as needed.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experienced in using office technology, including computers, scanners, phone systems, and virtual meeting platforms.
Requirements

This full-time position requires approximately 40 hours per week and involves regular physical and sensory activity, including:

Bending, lifting, and carrying materials up to 50 lbs, along with intermittent standing and walking throughout an 8-hour shift.

Prolonged periods of sitting (up to 8 hours) and continuous use of fingers, hands, and arms for computer and office tasks.

Frequent operation of office equipment such as computers, phones, and scanners for up to 8 hours per day.

Regular verbal communication through phone and in-person interactions, averaging up to 6 hours daily.
