Role Description

The position is for a Teaching Assistant/Demonstrator/Lab Monitor for the course "ETHICS FOR DESIGN, AI & ROB (ON LINE)" (Course Code: DTO5310) during the 2026 Fall Semester.

• Contact with Students: 28 hours
• Grading: 32 hours
• Proctoring: 5 hours
• Total Work Hours: 65

Work Start Date: September 01, 2026

Work End Date: December 31, 2026

Hourly Rate: $31.89 (undergraduate) or $50.25 (graduate)

Qualifications

• Completed the course DTO5310 or equivalent (DTI5310, IAI5310, or GNG5310) with an A or A+ grade.
• Solid understanding of ethical issues in technology and design.
• Familiarity with AI and robotics.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent and comfortable using Zoom and Brightspace.

• Ready for an interview if considered for the position.
