Role Description

Support Operations focuses on processes and teams including:

• General office administration and clerical support
• Reception/telephone/switchboard
• Mailroom & filing support

The Special Education Compliance Support Clerk works year round to monitor and communicate all state requirements for Special Education compliance, and schedules Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of related experience
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Residency in Arizona preferred

Requirements

• Associate’s degree AND one (1) year of experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to clear required background check

Desired Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
• Able to keep others informed using appropriate communication methods
• Strong personal organization, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Experience using a student management database
• Professional experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience using a school database
