Role Description
Support the U.S. and Canadian Kenworth dealer network by developing a pipeline of diesel and technical school graduates who have completed Kenworth Essentials training. This position works with technical schools, Kenworth dealers, and internal training stakeholders to:

Increase student participation and completion.

Align school engagement with dealer workforce needs.

Support recruitment of qualified entry-level service technicians into the Kenworth dealer network.
This position is remote and requires up to 50% travel. The qualified candidate may be located anywhere in the continental U.S. or Canada; however, a Midwest location is preferred.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree strongly preferred; equivalent professional experience may be substituted.

7+ years of technical school instruction, management, or related technical training experience required.

Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications desired.

Demonstrated ability to grow and manage large, complex programs.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including experience delivering formal presentations.

Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Previous experience working with or coordinating technical school programs highly desired.

Previous experience with PACCAR MX engines highly desired.

Previous experience in dealership service or service management within the commercial truck industry preferred.

Demonstrated knowledge of heavy-duty truck products and manufacturing processes desired.

Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop trusting business relationships.

Diesel engine certifications or automotive OEM service certifications are a plus.

Relocation is not available.
Requirements

Identify and develop partnerships between Kenworth Truck Company, Kenworth dealers, and the Kenworth Dealer Service Training department to implement training programs.

Work with individual technical schools to increase student participation in and completion of the Kenworth Essentials program.

Collaborate with sponsoring Kenworth dealers in local markets to support ongoing program development.

Coordinate database management and training program access through the BCA training website.

Use available student and course data to identify trends, establish goals, and recommend strategies to improve program outcomes.
