Role Description
Tigercat is seeking a Remote Service Trainer within a manufacturing organization that builds heavy, off-road equipment used in the forestry industry. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs to employees, customers, and equipment dealership staff. This includes:

Providing virtual, in-class, or hands-on training.

Planning and preparing instructional materials and resources.

Establishing and managing a positive learning environment.

Instructing and evaluating students.
Qualifications

Previous experience delivering training to employees in the manufacturing industry, specifically in machine operation, including education on new product features, troubleshooting, and repair.

Possess mechanic or millwright license, Engineering diploma or degree, or similar education is an asset.

Strong understanding of hydraulic, electrical, electronic, mechanical, diesel, and after-treatment systems.

Comprehensive understanding of drawings and specifications, geometric tolerances, and dimensions.

Proficient in MS 365 including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Valid Passport, up-to-date vaccination status, and ability to travel worldwide on short notice.

Required to travel locally and internationally.

Bilingual (English / French, Russian, Spanish, or Portuguese) is a strong asset.

Benefits

Base salary of $85,000 to $95,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
