Role Description

This position involves the planning, implementation, and execution of clinical, quality, and customer service training programs to promote quality patient care and achieve corporate goals.

• Monday - Friday schedule, no nights/weekends/holidays/on call

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required
• Bachelors of Science preferred
• Nurses must be Certified Dialysis Nurse or Certified Nephrology Nurse or gain certification within 18 months

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as an RN in the field of nephrology
• 3+ years management experience preferred
• Experience in Educational leadership preferred
• Demonstrated leadership competencies and skills, including excellent communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement, relationship development, results-oriented team building skills, motivating employees, performance management, and decision making
• Must complete FMS Management and Leadership training modules

Supervision

Responsible for the direct supervision of various levels of Education staff.
