Role Description
We're looking for a consultative, business-first learning designer to join our Learning & Development team as a Senior Learning Experience Designer.

Work with operations directors and senior leaders across the enterprise to diagnose team needs and build solutions.

Own the full arc from stakeholder conversations to measurable results.

Build real relationships across the business and deliver clear, measurable improvements.
Day-to-day, you'll be:

Running needs and task analyses to understand business requirements.

Building across modalities: facilitator guides, participant workbooks, ILT decks, Articulate Storyline courses, job aids, and hybrid approaches.

Partnering with directors and senior ICs as a trusted design advisor.

Using AI tools for prototyping outlines, drafting storyboards, and generating assets.

Keeping our content library accurate and current.

Facilitating pilot sessions and stepping in for ongoing courses as needed.

Mentoring a junior designer and helping set design and creative standards for the team.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on corporate instructional design experience.

Bachelor's or master's in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Educational Technology, or equivalent experience.

Extensive ILT design experience, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and classroom activities for adult learners.

Proven ability to own large-scale design projects from kickoff through rollout with minimal oversight.

Expert-level proficiency with eLearning technology (such as Articulate) and working knowledge of audio and video editing.

Strong command of adult learning theory and instructional design models.

Hands-on experience using generative AI tools in the design process.

Experience designing across operational skills, business skills, individual contributor development, and leadership.

A portfolio showcasing the ability to simplify complex content across multiple formats.

Ability to travel as required, approximately 4-6 times per year.
Preferred Qualifications

ATD Master Instructional Designer certification or CPTD.

Background in financial services, fintech, or high-volume operations environments.
Compensation
-
Annual full-time starting base salary range: $95,000 - $124,250.

Eligible for additional compensation through annual incentive and equity programs.
