Role Description
This role supports organizational learning by managing the instructional design process from project initiation through course evaluation. It involves planning, designing, and deploying training programs while coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders. The role includes leading and mentoring instructional design team members and managing project timelines and resources. Success is measured by the effective delivery of training solutions that meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. The work enhances employee development and supports business objectives through well-designed learning experiences.

Job Responsibilities

Manage multiple instructional design projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards

Collaborate with subject matter experts to obtain and validate course content for accuracy and relevance

Design, pilot, and launch new training curricula to address evolving organizational needs

Review and update existing training materials to maintain effectiveness and alignment with objectives

Lead and mentor instructional design team members in design technology and project management practices

Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders to support training development and implementation

Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)

4-7 years Instructional Design experience (Preferred)
