Role Description
Axiom Learning is looking for a highly motivated School Success Specialist to support K-12 schools in successfully implementing our transformative software products. The School Success Specialist will be responsible for onboarding, training, and supporting K-12 school districts as they integrate Axiomโs software solutions into their educational programs. Your role will be instrumental in enhancing student outcomes and helping schools maximize the impact of Axiomโs technology.

Serve as the primary point of contact for school districts during onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.

Lead quarterly check-in meetings to proactively guide successful implementation.

Lead continuous Professional Development (PD) sessions for educators focused on building teacher education and Executive Functioning (EF) expertise, distinct from onboarding training.

Conduct virtual training sessions for educators and school leaders to ensure effective adoption of Axiomโs software. (Occasional in-person sessions)

Provide instructional coaching to Points of Contact (POCs) and teachers, helping them understand how to deliver lessons effectively and integrate the skills taught into other academic classes.

Provide prompt troubleshooting support and technical assistance to ensure smooth and timely software operation.

Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to develop tailored implementation plans for each district.

Monitor software usage and effectiveness, proactively identifying challenges and providing solutions.

Gather feedback from school partners and work with the product team to enhance software features and usability.

Maintain strong relationships with school administrators, educators, and IT teams to ensure long-term success.

Document training sessions, user concerns, and best practices for continuous improvement.

Stay up to date with trends in K-12 education technology and special education to provide informed support.
Qualifications

Experience in education technology implementation or working in a K-12 school district setting (e.g., instructional coaching, IT support, special education support).

Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to guide non-technical users.

Excellent customer service communication, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to engage educators and school leaders.

Understanding of Special Education needs and how technology can support diverse learners (preferred but not required).

High level of initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills to support fast-growing educational programs.

Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple school partnerships simultaneously.

Ability to travel occasionally for in-person training and support.
