Role Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to support SAP consultants in becoming job-ready by guiding them on resume building, interview preparation, and career readiness aligned with the North American job market.

• Help consultants convert SAP project experience into strong resumes
• Train candidates on using internal resume-building tools
• Conduct weekend sessions for resume and interview preparation
• Provide career guidance, motivation, and confidence-building support
• Improve candidates’ communication and presentation skills
• Schedule and coordinate mock interviews
• Track candidate progress until placement readiness

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, coaching, or placement support
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
• Understanding of IT/SAP projects (preferred)
• Ability to motivate and guide candidates
• Availability for evening and weekend work

Requirements

• Candidate responsible for taking the sessions in a weekend for USA and Canada students who completed their training and live projects on SAP.
• Taking the sessions for resume building for each candidate.
• Per session it will be 800-1000 per session.
• This is a part-time job and completely remote.
