Role Description
As a Trainer at Thunder, you will play a critical role in driving successful user adoption following the implementation of new Salesforce + AWS solutions. Youโll be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, customized training programs โ from end-user enablement to Train-the-Trainer models โ to help our clients confidently leverage new tools and processes. Youโll work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, creative training and change management experiences that support enterprise transformation.
