Role Description

Our client is seeking Remote/Cyber Teachers in your area! Remote Teachers are assigned to classrooms who need assistance to maintain appropriate and equitable participation in school.

• Fully remote opportunity
• Follow the lesson plan(s) left by the teacher for whom you are substituting in accordance with district's philosophy, goals, and objectives.
• Follow lesson plans provided by the regular Teacher to create a cohesive and consistent learning experience for students.
• Manage the classroom effectively to encourage student participation, minimize distractions, and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching methods to fit the needs of each individual student.
• Supervise students in and out of the classroom, including in the halls, on the playground, and in the cafeteria.
• Provide in-class and at-home assignments based on the available lesson plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• PA Substitute Teaching Certification or willing to go through emergency certification/Building sub permit process
• Ability to complete and satisfactorily pass State Criminal Record Check, State Child Abuse, Department of Education FBI.

Requirements

• Up to $27/hr depending on Contractor's qualifications, availability, and skills.
• Monday-Friday (8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.)
