Role Description

Organize and monitor the registration and attendance processes. Maintain student records. Edit, store, and prepare and distribute reports on grades and attendance.

Qualifications

• Four years of progressively responsible experience in student registration or attendance procedures, general office or record keeping procedures.
• Computer and word processing skills.
• Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.

Requirements

• FBI fingerprint background check.
• Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.

Benefits

• Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
