Role Description

This is a remote position.

Bringing real-world Programmatic Advertising expertise into Kraftshala's job-linked programs — through training, mentoring, curriculum development, and practical problem-solving — to ensure our student marketers are industry-ready from Day 1.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in Programmatic Advertising.
• Strong hands-on experience with DV360.
• Experience planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on Programmatic campaigns.
• Strong understanding of areas such as:
  • Audience targeting and segmentation
  • Open Auction
  • Private Marketplace (PMP) and Programmatic Guaranteed
  • Frequency management
  • Brand safety and suitability
  • Viewability
  • Measurement and attribution

Requirements

• Strong hands-on Programmatic experience is non-negotiable.
• Depth of expertise, judgment, structured thinking, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for new marketers.
