[Hiring] Professional Learning Quality and Enablement Senior Manager @Zearn

Role Description

The purpose of Professional Learning Quality and Enablement Senior Manager at Zearn is to ensure that every educator's professional learning experience, whether led by an internal facilitator or a certified external partner, meets the bar Zearn sets for quality, so that PD reliably translates into stronger math instruction and progress toward Zearn's mission to make all kids math kids.

This role is critical as Zearn's professional learning reaches educators through more channels than ever. Reporting to the Professional Learning Ops Director, you will sit on the PL Delivery team as the person responsible for making sure quality holds steady across every one of those channels. You will:

• Set and enforce the certification standard that ensures every external partner delivers Zearn PD at the level we require.
• Partner with PL Director to set the certification standards and own evaluation criteria external delivery partners must meet.
• Design and run ongoing quality monitoring for certified partners, observation, delivery QA, and analysis of partner-specific survey data.
• Identify performance issues early through monitoring and work directly with partners to problem-solve.
• Maintain a working definition of Zearn's core PD messages and participant experience standards.
• Own regular review and synthesis of participant feedback across both internal and external professional learning.
• Analyze survey results across audiences and segments, and synthesize themes from open-ended feedback.
• Establish and maintain routines for triaging participant questions that need follow-up.
• Share recurring patterns and actionable learnings with PL Delivery leadership.
• Take on emerging PD Delivery projects that call for facilitation expertise.
• Develop and pilot new delivery approaches, gather feedback, and recommend ongoing PL Delivery practice.
• Personally deliver high-stakes PD and use that experience to inform quality improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience spanning professional learning design, instructional coaching, adult learning facilitation, or education program operations.
• Demonstrated track record of designing or managing quality assurance / certification frameworks for external partners.
• Strong analytical capability synthesizing multi-source data into actionable recommendations.
• Proven excellence in high-stakes facilitation and math pedagogy.
• Experience building operational systems and routines from ambiguity.
