Role Description

Reporting to the Manager of Practicum Applications, we are hiring a Practicum Advisor to support students in the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program as they prepare for practicum. As our new Practicum Advisor, you will:

• Guide students through pre-practicum requirements.
• Review applications and documentation.
• Track student progress.
• Collaborate with university teams to ensure students are prepared for placements.

This is a fully remote role open to candidates across Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.

Requirements

• Highly organized and comfortable managing a large volume of detailed and confidential information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and data management tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to navigate complex situations with conflict resolution and crisis management skills.

Benefits

• Minimum annual salary of $50,000, midpoint of $53,500, and maximum of $55,000.
