Role Description

We are looking for a Plant Trainer/Instructor to conduct training sessions for plant operations and machinery, ensuring participants acquire the necessary skills and knowledge.

• Assess and evaluate trainees' performance, providing constructive feedback for improvement.

• Collaborate with the training team to continuously enhance the quality of our programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plant Trainer/Instructor.
• Possession of all relevant Instructor qualifications.
• Preferably holding NPORS (National Plant Operators Registration Scheme) Instructor Qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of diverse participants.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations.
