Role Description

This is a remote position. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Team Trainer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced world of personal injury law firms and has a passion for developing high-performing case management teams.

The Team Trainer will be responsible for:

• Training and onboarding new staff members (case managers, legal assistants, medical records staff, etc.)
• Developing and updating training materials, SOPs, and workflow guides
• Conducting regular coaching sessions and performance check-ins
• Ensuring team compliance with firm processes, deadlines, and client communication standards
• Supporting staff with Case Management Software training (Casepeer experience preferred)
• Collaborating with leadership to identify gaps and improve operational efficiency
• Leading refresher trainings and continuing education for existing team members
• Monitoring quality control in file handling, documentation, and injury treatment tracking

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in personal injury law (case management or similar role)
• Prior experience training or mentoring legal staff strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of PI case flow: intake through settlement
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple training priorities
• Comfortable with technology and case management platforms
• Passion for building confident, capable teams
