Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Altera (Eclipsys) Patient Financial Manager (PFM) Trainer to support end-user training for Patient Registration workflows. This consultant will deliver instructor-led and virtual training, maintain and update training materials, facilitate end-user readiness, and provide support throughout the organization's transition to Epic.

• Deliver training on Altera (Eclipsys) Patient Financial Manager registration workflows.
• Develop and maintain training curriculum, job aids, and end-user documentation.
• Coordinate and facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions.
• Support training environment validation and testing activities.
• Provide go-live support and end-user education as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training on Altera (Eclipsys) Patient Financial Manager (PFM) Registration.
• Strong knowledge of patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and front-end revenue cycle workflows.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and curriculum development skills.
• Experience supporting healthcare IT implementations, upgrades, or legacy-to-Epic transitions preferred.
• Must have prior experience training in a remote environment.
