- Plan and deliver educational activities adapted to each student’s individual needs
- Provide personalized academic and personal progress support
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
- Identify specific student needs and propose suitable teaching strategies
Qualifications
- Degree or background in Education, Pedagogy, Educational Psychology, or related fields
- Previous experience working with individuals with support needs or special educational needs (desirable)
- Ability to design and adapt learning materials to individual requirements
