[Hiring] Milieu and Program Development Specialist @Acadia Healthcare

Role Description

The Milieu and Program Development Specialist assists the Director of Milieu and Program Development in the delivery and oversight of training services in assigned Acadia facilities. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting facility programmatic reviews and investigations.
• Making recommendations for performance improvement.
• Aiding program delivery and serving as a professional role model.
• Positively reflecting and conveying the Acadia Residential Standards of Care, philosophies, culture, and practices.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of experience with a proven record of development and delivery of behavioral health training; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of statistics, data collection, and survey design.
• Database management and/or development experience.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office; especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of office administration procedures with the ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data while maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
• Sound judgment in responding to inquiries and routing them appropriately.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames.
• Capability to adapt to frequent priority changes.
• Proficiency in English sufficient to provide and receive instructions/directions.

Requirements

• Handle With Care Behavior Management System Master Instructor certification.
• Nurtured Heart Approach Certified Trainer certification.
