Role Description
The Market Access Learning Advisor serves in a content development role in support of Learning Solutions Clients for projects that include a Market Access team learning audience, or deliverables that require deep insight and subject matter expertise in Market Access topics. These may include drug/product pricing, reimbursement, understanding marketplace stakeholders, the payer perspective, patient access, payer experience, value, quality, and HEOR.

Serve as their own subject matter expert when creating Market Access deliverables.

Provide input and guidance to other team members/contractors for project deliverables as needed.

Accountable for implementing solutions designed by the Solution Design (BD) team.

Act as the Learning Strategist on project teams, interacting with clients and coordinating with other writers or learning strategists.

Own assigned work streams with little or no direction from senior writing team members.

Oversee writers (contract or full-time) as needed and execute/facilitate training or train-the-trainer sessions.

Update and manage the Market Access suite of off-the-shelf eModules periodically.

Collaborate with the Solutions Design team to identify business opportunities and contribute to recommendations and solutions.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience is required; MBA, Masters or other professional equivalent preferred.

Minimum of seven to ten (7-10) years of Pharmaceutical/biotech experience.

Minimum 5 years of training or training-related experience required; experience as a Regional Account Manager, National Account Manager or other relevant market access positions will be considered.

Advanced-level of PowerPoint and writing skills required.

Background in Consulting or Biopharm Sales or Biopharm Training/Instructional Design.
Requirements

Conduct strategic evaluations of the client's current market access landscape.

Develop Training Roadmaps with defined curriculum and recommended modality.

Nurture the training concept throughout the project to ensure alignment with strategic intent.

Develop engaging and effective training content for multiple modalities.

Ensure training content is developed using effective instructional design strategies.

Oversee or develop live training logistical and preparation support.

Collaborate with all project team members to develop content and solve project challenges.

Coordinate with Syneos Health Learning Management System team and other key internal stakeholders.

Contribute to Learning Solutions intellectual property.

Serve as a facilitator and/or conduct facilitator training for developed content as required.

Lead status meetings with the client team as required.
