Role Description

Riveron India is seeking an experienced Lead Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging, learner-centered training programs across digital and blended learning environments. The role will involve collaborating with SMEs, project teams, and learning stakeholders to create impactful learning solutions aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
• 5-7 years of Instructional Design experience
• Experience in corporate L&D environments
• Exposure to learning analytics and evaluation frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements

• Strong instructional design expertise
• Ability of storyboarding and curriculum design
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and learning science
• Highly skilled in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate)
• Strong LMS experience
• Solid experience in stakeholder management
• Proficient in project management skills
