Role Description

This remote role is open to candidates who reside in the United States; no relocation is available.

  • You will be instrumental in driving sales effectiveness for flagship programs like Quarterly Execution Priorities (QEP) and Global Sales Experience (GSX).
  • This is a team for builders, innovators, and problem solvers who want to put customers first, drive durable growth, and shape the future of learning.

  • Modernizing how sales enablement is designed, delivered, and experienced.
  • Using AI to accelerate content development, personalize learning journeys, and create immersive learning experiences.
  • Influencing how global sales teams understand complex solutions, engage customers, and succeed in an AI-focused marketplace.

What You’ll Do:

  • AI-Enabled Learning Design:
    • Design AI-enhanced learning experiences such as adaptive learning paths, simulations, virtual coaching, and knowledge assistants.
    • Leverage generative AI and automation tools to accelerate content development while maintaining accuracy, quality, and brand alignment.
    • Champion emerging AI capabilities and apply practical use cases to improve learner engagement, speed, and scalability.
  • Instructional Design & Content Development:
    • Develop engaging learning solutions including digital learning, workshops, virtual sessions, toolkits, and micro learning.
    • Translate technology, AI, and solution messaging into clear, customer-relevant learning experiences.
    • Modernize and evolve enablement assets to align with evolving product messaging, GTM priorities, and learner needs.
  • Enablement Program Support:
    • Drive assigned enablement initiatives, such as QEP.
    • Design and accelerate year-round readiness activities aligned to GSX, fiscal priorities, and sales transformation efforts.
    • Manage communications, content deployment, learner engagement activities, and vendor coordination when applicable.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Partner with subject matter authorities, sales leaders, HR, marketing, and cross-functional teams throughout design and delivery.
    • Drive results autonomously, while contributing effectively within collaborative program teams.
    • Incorporate stakeholder input while maintaining instructional quality, learner focus, and program alignment.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in instructional design, sales enablement, learning development, or related roles.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience using AI tools to support instructional design, content development, or learning innovation (ex: Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, etc.)
  • 4+ years experience with digital learning development tools and LMS/LXP platforms.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and project coordination skills.

Requirements

  • Experience in enterprise technology, B2B sales enablement, or go-to-market organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Familiarity with sales motions, customer engagement strategies, or technical solution messaging.
  • Exposure to global readiness programs, onboarding, or continuous learning initiatives.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations with cross-functional stakeholders.
