Role Description

Johnson Controls is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to join our Commercial Sales Learning team. In this role, you will design and develop engaging learning experiences that help commercial sales professionals build capability, improve performance, and drive business results.

• Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and learning professionals across the globe to create innovative solutions that support sales enablement initiatives.
• Leverage instructional design expertise, creativity, and project management skills to deliver impactful learning programs that support organizational goals.
• Influence sales performance, contribute to business growth, and help create learning experiences that drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience designing and developing learning solutions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE and adult learning principles.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Requirements

• Experience supporting commercial, sales, or revenue-generating organizations.
• Knowledge of evaluation methodologies, including the Kirkpatrick Model.
• Experience designing learning solutions for global audiences.
• Familiarity with learning technologies, performance support tools, and digital learning platforms.
• Experience measuring business impact and learning effectiveness.
• Sales enablement or sales training experience.
