Role Description

Start your ESL Career and be Kids' Core ESL Tutor with EDGE, no experience needed! Build real teaching experience in a structured, well-supported online environment. A high-demand teaching track where tutors support a steady flow of young learners and build strong weekly rhythm through structured programs and real support.

• Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
• Rate: Php 140-160/hour
• Schedule: Weekend: 9am - 10pm, Weekdays: 6pm - 10pm
• Students: Children
• Region: APAC-focused with global learners

As a Core Tutor, you will:

• Teach learners from 30+ nationalities and gain global classroom exposure.
• Conduct one-on-one and small group classes.
• Use props, Total Physical Response (TPR), and engaging techniques to keep learners motivated.
• Strengthen your communication and teaching skills through live sessions.
• Unlock opportunities to advance into Premium and Plus projects with higher rates, added perks, and leadership tracks.

Qualifications

• University graduate (any 4-year course)
• Bachelor's diploma and Transcript of Records (TOR)
• Philippine bank account (for payroll purposes)
• Standard pronunciation
• Enjoys working with children
• Applicants without online ESL experience are welcome
• TEFL certificate or willingness to obtain one
• NBI or Police Clearance

Requirements

• Laptop or desktop with Intel i5 8th Gen or higher, at least 8GB RAM, CPU score 3500 or above
• 1080p webcam and noise-canceling headset
• Wired internet with at least 25 Mbps plus 15 Mbps backup
• Mobile hotspots are not accepted
• Power backup for a minimum of 8 hours
