Role Description
We're expanding our Digital Transformation Practice and looking for an experienced IT Training & Development Specialist who is passionate about helping organizations successfully adopt new technology. This role goes far beyond delivering trainingβit focuses on designing learning strategies that improve adoption, increase user confidence, and help public sector organizations realize the full value of their technology investments.

Partner with organizational change leaders, project teams, functional consultants, and client stakeholders to develop engaging learning experiences.

Support complex ERP implementations, business process transformation, and long-term organizational success.

Influence user adoption from project kickoff through post-go-live.

Help shape Meridian's growing Digital Transformation practice.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise software training programs is a MUST.

Proven ability to design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning solutions.

Experience creating eLearning content, job aids, reference guides, and other user enablement materials.

Proficiency with modern instructional authoring tools and Microsoft Office applications.

Familiarity with Organizational Change Management principles and user adoption strategies.

Excellent presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent client engagements.

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Requirements

Workday training development and delivery experience (preferred).

Experience supporting Workday in public sector environments (preferred).

Certification in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Adult Learning, or related discipline (preferred).

Experience developing digital learning content using modern authoring platforms (preferred).

Experience measuring learning effectiveness through training analytics and adoption metrics (preferred).
