Are you eager to create real impact with us?

• Conducting online classes in learning and development assistance.
• Conveying practical content for use in daycare, schools, and educational institutions.
• Designing varied, interactive digital learning formats, even over longer teaching phases.
• Supporting participants in their professional and personal development.
• Incorporating personal practical experiences from the educational everyday life.

Qualifications

• Completed pedagogical studies (e.g., social pedagogy, educational sciences, teaching, or comparable).
• Documented experience in online teaching/digital education.
• Experience in educational fields, e.g.:
  • School support.
  • Work in daycare centers (e.g., as a specialist or manager).
  • Work in a school context.
• Enjoyment of digital teaching formats and confident use of online tools.
• Ability to design longer teaching units in a didactically varied way.
• Structured, independent working style.
• Empathy and communication skills in dealing with heterogeneous groups.
• Very good German language skills for internal communication.
