Operating within the Live Event Team, this position serves as a central service layer for all content needs, matching high-quality instructors to live events and webinars while ensuring 100% operational readiness and compliance across the instructor ecosystem.

What You Will Do:

  • Network Growth & Strategic Sourcing — Year 1: 40% | Steady State: 25%
    • Proactively devise and execute plans for the sourcing, recruitment, and conversion of clinical experts into long-term Content Partners.
    • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and internal referrals to build an active pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
    • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting to ensure a diverse and high-caliber instructor pipeline.
    • Act as a brand ambassador to establish Colibri as the "Partner of Choice" within the healthcare professional community.
  • Webinar Scheduling & Event Orchestration — Year 1: 20% | Steady State: 35%
    • Own the execution of the webinar schedule, utilizing established rubrics to determine optimal dates, times, and instructor selections for live broadcasts.
    • Select and confirm presenters for in-person and streaming live events based on provided schedules and curriculum requirements.
    • Manage the "supply-to-demand" alignment, ensuring that every scheduled event has a confirmed, high-quality instructor assigned well in advance of the air date.
    • Flag scheduling bottlenecks or instructor shortages to leadership with recommended mitigation plans.
  • Partner Development & Relationship Management — Year 1: 25% | Steady State: 30%
    • Serve as the primary liaison and consultant for instructor clinicians, ensuring a high-touch, professional experience from onboarding through active partnership.
    • Conduct regular follow-up with instructors to gauge morale, gather feedback, and ensure long-term retention and engagement.
    • Provide light-touch training and enablement to internal teams (e.g., Customer Service) to ensure they understand the value and subject matter of our instructor-led products.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date instructor profiles, performance notes, and relationship history in internal databases.
  • Operational Readiness & Coordination — Year 1: 15% | Steady State: 10%
    • Coordinate the collection and verification of all required partner documentation, including signed contracts, CVs/Resumes, references, and support documents.
    • Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory and internal standards prior to any instructor-led event.
    • Support the administrative duties and recordkeeping associated with the instructor lifecycle to ensure data integrity across all platforms.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred) in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent recruitment, partner management, or clinical relationship building.
  • Proven expertise in candidate sourcing and building professional networks from scratch.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex scheduling rubrics.
  • Advanced communication abilities (person-to-person, telephonic, and electronic) with a high degree of professional polish.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a flexible work schedule to accommodate recruitment meetings.
  • Knowledge of contract terminology and the ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary company material.

Requirements

  • Experience in a technical recruiting or talent management role within the healthcare or education sectors.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms and live event coordination.
  • Experience working with external contractors/vendors and tracking deliverables against defined expectations.
