• Develop tailored ILT and CBT training materials by analyzing OEM content with SMEs.
• Create learning objectives and produce structured design documents for NET programs.
• Coordinate analysis of OEM training content with SMEs.
• Design learning objectives for training content.
• Develop design documents for lessons, classes, and modules.
• Customize and tailor learning content for ILT and CBT.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree
• 5 to 10 years of related experience
• Active Secret Clearance
