Role Description
As an Instructional Designer, you'll support Endpoint’s digital-first learning strategy by designing engaging, learner-centered experiences that build knowledge, strengthen skills, and support employee performance within the Endpoint operating model.

Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), product teams, and stakeholders to translate complex Endpoint processes and technology into clear, practical learning experiences.

Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to determine the right solution for each learning need.

Solutions may include eLearning, self-paced learning, Digital Adoption Platform guidance and walkthroughs, instructor-led and virtual training, and other performance-support resources.

Help employees confidently apply what they learn to their work, understand how Endpoint supports the transaction, and build the skills needed to perform independently as the Workspace continues to evolve.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

4–7 years of experience designing and developing learning content for adult learners in a corporate or commercial environment.

Demonstrated experience designing learning solutions for adult learners across multiple delivery methods.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with SMEs and stakeholders at different levels of the organization.

Ability to translate complex, technical, or process-heavy information into clear and engaging learning experiences.

Working knowledge of instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s, ARCS, SCARF, etc.) as a practical foundation.

Experience designing content for digital adoption platforms such as Whatfix, Amplitude, Pendo, or similar guided learning technologies preferred.

Ability to create learning materials that are visually appealing, engaging, and learner friendly.

Openness to using AI tools thoughtfully to improve efficiency and quality in learning design and development.

Highly organized, with the ability to manage work, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience designing system or software training and supporting learners through technology or process change.

Comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.

A passion for and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Preferred, but not required: Familiarity with video or motion elements (e.g., screen recordings, short animations, explainer videos).

AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot
